Science Writing
I have extensive experience reporting and writing stories about science and the people who do it.
While my own scientific background is in the biogeosciences, I write stories about interesting research in any field. I've reported on breakthroughs in medicine and astronomy, fundamental principles of physics and math, discoveries in neuroscience and agriculture, and more.
The only subjects I do not cover in a journalistic capacity are the specific areas I am currently investigating as a primary researcher.
Check out a few examples of my work below!
(For more stories from my time as a staff reporter at Science News, please see my author page on their site.)
